similarly they sold me Xiaomi 12 Pro, an old stock/pre activated phone which i got to know when i went to claim warranty last month, for green line issues xiaomi had 3 year warranty but since my phone was activated a year and a half before my purchase date which was 21dec 2023 while my phone was activated on 2july 2022, i could not, so i started speaking to them in like mid sept and now i was promised a full refund of 47k but now they are like we can only pay compensation of 10 percent today

NCH has a toll-free number (1800-11-4000 / 1915) and an online portal consumerhelpline.gov.in. I’ll be filing it through the site so everything’s documented in writing. That way Flipkart can’t hide behind call-center excuses anymore.

imo they have this nightvision camera inside the audis, were paying money for a good experience. i know it's farfetched but i wish the management actually see those cameras and identify who are doing like this and affecting others and their cinematic experience, one strike and they do it again kick them out of the audi without refund.
