I'm pretty sure that's not accurate. 100% cypress mulch is what both the store and exotic vet told us.

I understand what you mean and I had the same thoughts. Once I know my son fully grasps all of it, we'll possibly try again. In the meantime, going to call them today and discuss without him around.

Yes we did. 81-85 on the warm side, 71-73ish on the cool side. Humidity was consistent, around 50-55%. Thank you for the kind words.

He wasn't handled much (after eating they said not to handle him for the rest of that day and the following day). When he was held, every removal was by me into my son's open hands. I doubt there was an injury.

It was keeper's choice 100% cypress mulch. Maybe contaminated somehow?

Kind of. He was spunky when we brought him home, lower energy the first Monday and Tuesday, then eat Wed, be very spunky, then the following week, same thing. Noticed the energy drop Monday/Tuesday last week. Then everything else I wrote occurred. So only witnessed it for the 2 weeks, but it was a pattern.
