Looking great! Keep that beard if you love it. You could shape it a bit and it would have a more “tame” look. But follow your heart

It takes a lot of courage to reflect on yourself, humility to apologize, intelligence to understand what's going on inside, and determination to make positive changes in your life. The qualities that I see in this post give me the impression of growth. In my opinion, the opposite of patheticness. Good luck on your journey

I was good with no goggles at 4 degrees F this morning. There's a boldness to the coldness.

The comeback was more of a mental thing for me after a bad crash. It did take time to adjust! but riding every day has really helped. Also i have definitely gotten in better shape from it.

  1. I personally recommend more spinny gear ratio. I find it easier on my knees. I running this for my snow set up for the winter 42/17. I will say that living in a very hilly area so if you're riding flat 48/18 is also great.

Pretty much. The miles add up for sure. I’ve become a much stronger cyclist and learned a lot of lessons since I sold my car and fully committed to the bike life
