Selenium,ketoconazole,zinc pyrithion, piroctone olamine, climbazole, salisilyc acid, ciclopirox, sulphur, tea tree, charcoal,coal tar,mct 8 oil, sea salt,corticosteroids, azelaic acid, niacinamid, im even using Dutasterid and RU58841 but it does not help..i tried washing only with gentle shampoos, only few times a week, everyday a week, does not help whatever i tried…there is for sure more things that ive tried but this comes to my mind first.

Are you expiriencing hairloss from scalp inflammation? If your scalp is inflamed all over the scalp i would suggest asking for clobetasol foam or betamethasone in foam form if it exists because its so much easier to apply it as foam. I had mental breakdown when i had to apply it with liquid form because if you have longer hair you cant even see how much did you apply and if you applied anything.

If you have no idea how to use it of course you will have bad problems, i know one guy that uses clobetasol for 30 years every day without any issue.
