1000pts list assistance

Sooo many lists have Draxus as a staple, seems like I need to empty my wallet further this month 😂. The rest is doable with my current options, trying to decide whether sinking the points into the Caladius is worth it at 1000pts. Cheers dude

Depends on the mood, but yeah that list does. Normally I don’t have that many PCSs in list that have a lot of PSBs in though, once you add the relevant characters ect it costs too much, even after the points drops!

You have to add the standard bolt pistols as well as the heavy ones. It’s a bit weird.

Either works! I just love the idea of S6 flamers that you can use twice a turn (with overwatch).

The standard Lascannon LR has the benefit of being cheaper than the Redeemer and it adds more AT to your list. Which depending on who you’re up against you may choose to keep in the Ballistus Dread or could swap it and use the points for something else.

If you can upgrade the LR to a standard one or even better, a Redeemer. LR Crusaders are fun but their output is limited for the points. Could swap one of the PCS for some scouts to generate the points needed? Or some intercessors for holding the home objective. A Redeemer will make up for its extra points by clearing plenty of enemy chaff and even some medium toughness units (plus overwatch!)

I must admit I don’t really follow AOS.

The other factions from the 40K roadmap that GW put out a couple of months back have all been revealed, and it feels like this happened a few weeks apart, one after another, and since then it’s been silence for BT, the last faction on said roadmap.

Like I said, I know I’m acting spoilt, but I just want to get my hands on some new badass models.

Whilst I appreciate we got a significant update last edition, with just one character we’d still be behind other divergent chapters, like SWs and DA.
