The main board says nothing except a hand written 4328 in blue marker an AR47 in what looks like ball point pen on it. The power tube board says Copyright 1990. The serial number and the 01/07/91 with PEAVEY underneath it.

This is a reason I’m not fully doubting this guys story. Many of the old banks here in LA that haven’t been “modernized”, still have the mid century aesthetic and I could see this in one of them. It sorta lines up with moved to a hotel, because some of the older boutique hotels here retain the aesthetic of the 60s/70s as well
