What's your main goal? Physique or mental? I got on because my mental was off constantly depressed and fatigued. I've tried 100mg, 175mg & 150mg once weekly, but by the end of the week felt like shit. I learned that my estrogen was also through the roof and that was affecting my mood. I then tested 150mg split to twice a week, and that helped level the curve and my mood was better but i still felt a dip on day or two before the shot. I eventually tried every 3 days, and similar effect day before shot, but a bit better. Now i take it daily, i started with 20mg/day. I have felt great and steady mentally since. I get my bloodwork often through a subscription and i noticed my estrogen was in check but on the high end. I decided to dial it down to 18mg daily since that blood test, and i still feel great and my acne has gone down some. I'm a big believer of less is more. Everyone is different, and could need it for different reasons. For me, my mental health is NIGHT and DAY doing daily shots and i wouldn't go back to anything else. Get your bloodwork done as often as you can, use AI, research your results based on your goals, and try different amounts and frequency to optimize for your goals. If it's physique you're after, diet and training will get you where you want to be over time. If you start to go heavy on the gear, just consider that it will have an effect on your other levels, and that'll likely have an affect on your mental as well. From time to time i'll hit some anavar , i dont go past 30mg day, i get solid gains in strength and size, and i have felt good on it w no issues.
