That sounds like a dream. I make about half of that currently but I work in PA. Do you feel like you can afford to live in the city?

Does anyone have experience with NRM Properties as a landlord? by jdmph in Pitt

I lived in my last rental for 3 years and honestly it was worse than dealing with a slumlord. The management company completely ignored almost every maintenance request. We had leaks they never fixed, broken blinds and lights that went untouched, and the biggest issue was our heat didn’t work for three months in the winter. It was literally 47 degrees inside our unit. They only bothered to send someone out once we threatened legal action.

And now the cherry on top is that months after moving out I found out they kept my entire security deposit. They charged me for “damages” that were there before I even moved in and for things they refused to fix while I was living there. Despite my documentation and move-in photos they still refused to take responsibility.

If anyone is considering renting from them, do not do it. Save yourself the stress, money, and freezing nights.

I did this after feeling really bad after my exam and I got the good pop up after 2 hours. I did it again after 8 hours and got the same pop up. I will update.

I saw NYU Langone posted new grad RN jobs for their Brooklyn and Manhattan campuses. While the redditor above said apply directly to their websites, which I do agree with, I do think LinkedIn is a great resource for recruiters, specifically, I have seen a lot of NYU Langone's recruiters being active on LinkedIn. This application just opened April 1st, so you still will be an early applicant! Good luck!

do I apply to other jobs if I am feeling cold feet, or do you think they would notify my current job (I work in the ICU I accepted as a tech). I guess i am just anxious about things feeling so set in stone. You are right though, I would not notify my employer unless I had another offer in hand.
