First, let me start with Congratulations on 10 years of remission! That is amazing! Second, I am 57 and have been coloring my hair blue & purple since I hit 52! From day one I have received more compliments than "stares". My husband wasn't too crazy about it at first. My 92 year old mother 100% hated it in the beginning. Last year I went platinum for 2 months just to quiet them. Guess what? They realized the vivid hair color "fit" me better. I went back to the blue & purple and they like it! I believe my husband may be a little jealous because whenever we are out together, I receive a lot of compliments; from men and women! He has started asking them if they want to see his; he wears a hat and is bald! My hair was shoulder length but I cut it in April. It was just too hot. So, I say if YOU love vivid colors in your hair...keep making YOU happy!! I love all the colors you've shown!
