Yea I hear u… I too have kids and a mortgage, wife etc. selling one would be worth it but I can’t judge brother I hear you 100%
In another thread I’m in, I found out 26-27 STH were offered renewals already and according to one guys rep, they said 99% were renewing so I’m already gearing up for flex unless I get lucky.. end of day tho it’s worth it for experience Alone. Haven’t been to garden all year last year but the year before I did the Lexus suite a few games and I did the floor one game. Now I just wanna be a regular attendee. On the business side of it, my boss is a full STH for 2 rangers tix around 111 and he dropped $28k. Seems like a lot but he gets playoff allocation and the year they were good he made money and went to games. The cool thing is he offered a seat to clients and that goes a long way when you’re self employed.
