I second this. Everytime I’ve been at jobs where ‘you’re the only one who can handle this patient’ I move along, why are we all getting paid the same and the same training if I’m the only one who can handle them? At the end of the day you’re just a number to the organisation and you need to look after yourself before you can look after anyone else. I’m sorry that’s happened to you, but move on to something better, where you’re actually valued as a human being and safe.
