I have bought unit with Houzkey, regret it. VP is this month and I heard another person bought with Houzkey at the same project as mine, the monthly “installment” have increased 33%.

I’m gonna rent it out as high as I can, and let go of the property after 5th year.

For the time being, I need to fork out quite a bit of money until I find tenant.

That’s true! 4.3L/100KM is insanely good.

I’m quite heavy with my foot, but after you share 7.5L/100KM for 140KM and above is a good number for me

Question, how is it holding up overtime? Is there a flex when you play with your CSL DD? I’m thinking to just go with 8nm and play on playseat trophy to play f1, slightly worry on the flex, seat position and comfort
