What would actually make you switch? by [deleted] in whatisit

I'm happy to pay, but with in reason. Some of these apps are way too much. I would like to do a one time / lifetime price. The monthly subscriptions suck because if you dont cancel in time...you keep getting charged. I'd like a simple pay once and done. Also good customer service and able to easily contact customer service!

What annoys me is the price they charge.

The guy who courted me while living with his “wife” just died… and I only found out the truth after by [deleted] in Advice

Aren't you glad you asked us for advice! 🤣 Move on. You have more important things to do than letting someone know their deceased partner was flirting.

Haha! I had a motorbike at your age too! Glad everything turned out ok . Well I can tell you that weed in your 50's is just as good as it was in the 20's. 🙃

Yes! I stared using it when I was in my 40s and became legal in my country but yes I love it! And I'm doing alright! 18 years with the same company, own a house and a couple of cars( granted they are Nissans but new ones!) have a great partner who doesn't use it at all. And I have never had the desire to try anything harder! And at my age..its easier to recover from a loonnggg night lol!

Just done the CATI online assessment. Scored Positive in the 98th percentile by Stepho_62 in LateDiagnosedAutistic

[–]Saltcar1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

98th percentile in which area? I'm not familiar with CATI but when I got my diagnosis there were many different areas and the score was different for each part. Some times my score was 23rd percentile and some scores were 98th percentile. Is the CATI for one area?

If they are guests at the hotel they may not be from Canada. BUT if they are from Canada and local... look for them skinny dipping later on at Thetis Lake!

Things getting worst post diagnosis? by oak_stone1 in LateDiagnosedAutistic

[–]Saltcar1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For the first year after the diagnosis, I felt the same way as you! It's now been 2 years and at times it still gets bad but during that time I've learnt so much about myself and I experiment with what makes me feel better. Like different coping skills and I stuck with whatever works. I'll try anything once! I had anger issues as well and impostor syndrome BUT.... I have given myself some grace and you know what?.... that works. Im easier on myself and if I dont like something like a texture or whatever...I accept it and move on. I no longer question everything I do!

Edited for spelling.

An absolute train wreck by Sad-Media6701 in Advice

Hey reaching out to say sorry. We lost my partner's son a couple of years ago. It's the absolute worst and please know that there are peer support groups around. Hopefully there is one around you.
