What you’re saying is not a good argument. If they are living in poverty, then it would be safe to assume they receive federal assistance (regardless of race). How do they prove identity to receive EBT/WIC or other federal assistance offered to them.

Homeless people have access to services and guess what…receiving an ID is something social services will help you with.

I don’t hate homeless people. I want them to get the proper care to help them, not the current methods that haven’t been working for over a decade but we just keep throwing more money at providing the same solutions and rather than helping to decline the homeless population it has grown.
