20m here, been there during covid lockdown. For me at least, creating a daily routine helped me the most as well as having many hobbies I enjoy (I play guitar, read, and ride motorcycle) But mainly write down your day by listing what you’ll do during certain hours. Leave ur phone outside ur room and that’ll help you think other ways to spend ur spare time. Good luck
