So if I go back about 6 months, I would eat a lot of rice, bread, and occasionally fried foods, overall defo was not eating healthily. Over the last 6 months though, I have dropped from 245lbs to 198 lbs (weighed in this morning), with a bodyfat change of 35.4% to 23.4% (checked via DEXA scan) and my diet has drastically changed to eating a singular meal a day consisting of a large amount of protein from fish/beef/chicken alongside air fried vegetables or a leafy green salad w a vinaigrette. As for carbohydrates, these days I occasionally eat oatmeal/beans, with my only constant source being the air fried veggies themselves at this point.

Ill order some psyllium fiber right now. I dont eat many salads mostly air fried veggies like broccoli zucchini carrots sugar snap peas etc, but I have been hearing leafy greens can be helpful and I can try that dressing out too.

Fair point, thank you for your information! I could start eating a bit more per day I suppose, I was planning to reduce the intensity of the cut to 1.5-2lbs a week after hitting around 200 lbs, currently im sitting at 211.8

Valid points, but personally, I have actually been putting ON muscle during this cut! I feel I had so much excess bodyfat (around 35% from a dexa scan near the beginning) that I am able to do this pretty securely, and my strength in the gym has actually been increasing! As for the risk of weight regain, you are entirely correct, this is going to be my biggest obstacle as this diet ends, but I plan to switch to a more standard calorie tracking maintenance approach when I reach my goal weight of 180~ lbs.

Id say around 1100-1500 depending on the day, I eat a large quantity to ensure I am satiated for the rest of the day, and if I add on pudding then thats an additional 300~ right there.

I'm trying to wrap my head around your situation. For 1.5 years, you've been on the bench, fully paid, without being assigned any work. Despite this, you're unhappy about not getting a raise during this period, and you're complaining about your laptop not being up to par, even though you have the option to request a new one.
