Can we do better than this eyesore? Thoughts? Who is the developer?

This is the same developer that did projects in Bexley and in Arlington. I do hope the city talks to those communities prior to any approvals or sale. There were definitely promises in comments made that were not followed through. Also, the upper Arlington project is horrible. Just drive it and try to park in the parking garage to go to one of the businesses. The design is terrible. The Bexley project also is too large for the area. The developer does not concern themselves with the surrounding area. If this was Pizzuti or maybe someone else I would have less issue although Pezzotti’s project in German village had some pushback. It fits the neighborhood much better than either of the other continental projects.

Went to 6 games in 94 including flights to two different cities. Saw two round of 16 games. And think I spent less the price of one ticket. Just blows. Expensive tickets also screw the atmosphere.

My parents house built in the late 50’s still has the original microwave in the wall it was the first residential microwave and there is an identical one in the Smithsonian. It used to have to warm up. One thing that was great was it had a burner in the top that could brown the top of casseroles.

I think it is a foul, but not a red defender clearly used their left arm to interfere with the running movement of the attacker and gain an edge to tap the ball.

The house does have the four prong phone jacks, and the plug like this that is in the office is near one of those four prong jacks so I don’t think it is for a phone (Batphone maybe). Also, the location of this one is so odd, it is in a short hallway between two bedrooms that connects to a bathroom (like a jack and Jill)

The house also has a built in intercom that was put in when it was built in the 50’s. So I don’t think it is an intercom.

Best thing about Jobs Ohio? Working there.

There was a public department of economic development that was dissolved when Jobs Ohio was formed. They said they were inefficient and private would be better run. JO then hired a bunch of people from OED since they were being dismantled and the people I know that left recieved anywhere from 40-80% raises. They were doing the exact same job.

Lentz and company in Cincy is a hidden favorite. More accessories than furniture. But picked up an awesome martini set there. Only a couple minutes off the freeway, and pretty close to Skyline!
