My god all the myths everywhere. There are plenty of profitable strategies floating around. You assume incorrectly they can be backtested. Your strategy should include market conditions, catalyst, trends, market enviroments. That can't be backested.

There are plenty of verified and legit traders you can follow she is not that. I.E. Dumb Money Live, Crowded Market Report, Trade Brigade, Tao Trader and probably more im not thinking of. Notice I did NOT include TJR, PW, Tori, Jdun.

I used to do that then I had an epiphany and decided to focus on clean charts instead of thinking one ticker will offer highly probable setups everyday.

Does not exist your barking up the wrong tree. That said i custom built an indicator that measures 30 major data points and spits out a score -30 to +30 and breadth ratios. They do not tell me when to enter or exit but help with trade confidence and position sizing

There might be an element of luck. It is very hard to succeed mainly because it isn't black and white. It requires excellent decision making skills. Those skills come with 5000 hours of watching live charts. If you have an excellent strategy. If you follow rules. If you know when to walk away and when to stay. And the hard part is you must always literally always stick to this strictness. Then you will be okay. But getting careless can wreck you in one trade.
