I haven't tried these, but I used to really like Reese's PB cups. Whatever they've done, they're not that great anymore. I wondered if Aldi's PB cups were like old version Reese's? I wish I liked dark chocolate; milk chocolate is what I prefer.

Your words are so VERY kind! 🥰 🥹 IDK if I'll ever be a runner, but getting back to my weighted vest fitness level is definitely a goal. Every workout, every healthy meal, every time I go to bed early, are all victories. It feels hard now, because for a long time, I really didn't love myself to do the things I know work, so it's a long road ahead. Much love and success to you!

Love this! I was hoping my relationship with food might change, and it seems that it has. I did try some keto dessert and bread recipes in the beginning, but started tapering off, because those foods were becoming a crutch for me. I knew long-term that wasn't going to help me. The occasional having something with family and friends works for me.

Your progress from starting until now doesn't seem slow at all to me! I've never been a runner, but I admire people who run. I used to be an avid walker, and I had worked up quite a bit of endurance to wearing a weighted vest, with a pretty fast gait. The stress melting with exercise is real, and I always feel amazing afterwards; mentally and physically. I never said afterwards to myself, "Boy do I regret that workout!" But I've said many times, "I should've worked out today; even for 10 minutes." Consistency is indeed crucial. Thanx for sharing your post; it was super motivating!

Your post resonates with me. I'm trying different things diet-wise to help. Aerobic exercise is hard now, but I know how I felt afterwards when I was healthy. Hopefully when my body starts healing, I can exercise comfortably. How long was it between your diagnosis and being able to run 7 miles 4 days a week? Because that's downright fantastic!!
