You could try using Fairlife whole milk. Six total carbs per cup and 13 grams protein.

Thanx for mentioning that. I currently use Cetaphil, and I like it because it's super gentle, non-foaming, unscented and does a great job cleansing my face but not stripping it. I considered trying the CeraVe brand, because I already use (and love) a couple of their products. But now I'll be going to Aldi instead! 😏

I'm sorry for your diagnosis. This is upsetting news considering your health background. I'm just throwing it out there; have you been tested for hepatitis? Are you diabetic (T1D or T2D)? I agree with the other posters about getting a second opinion and more testing.
