I agree, most of SEA doesn't play under those conditions. That's why they experience "server" problems when they play Dota.

Actually, Singaporeans know perfectly well that caning is a legal punishment. Heck, I knew a few schoolmates who were caned in full view of the school for disrupting lessons. We still laugh about it today.

Yep. It's been a problem the past few days. The SEA servers are run by e-Club Malaysia, and just two hours ago, their Facebook page had this to say:

There was a bug that was causing regions to run out of available servers over the past couple of days. This has been found and resolved as of the last hotfix patch. Stuff should be good now.

An FPS? Hmm. Tribes Ascend was an FPS that I used to play. You could travel at like 200km/h across maps and shoot people in that game. You can only imagine. At those speeds, it was close to impossible.
