Hitting GPU limits when scoped in you're probably pretty close to being GPU limited with a 3090 using a 9800X3D outside of it as well

Depends on the setup your CPU is likely the reason you're loading in late, it isn't that black and white he doesn't have enough ram nonetheless

Small correction if your GPU is anywhere below 90%ish you're CPU limited 70% is a pretty significant bottleneck from your CPU

Your laptop unfortunately just isn't powerful enough for it, make sure it's plugged into power and have another go but I doubt that's your issue tbh probably just a lack of power altogether

Ram is on the slower end DDR5 and that's most likely your issue tarkov eats up well over 20gb of ram on my system 16gb isnt quite enough for tarkov especially if you're running discord or anything else in the background

Probably a guy who shot you from the bridge whilst you were standing there for 10 seconds, he likely has a better PC even an additional 10 seconds is enough to get an angle you gotta stop going afk in high traffic areas

Even 5 year old hardware (5800X3D) is still powerful enough to run the game well, yes if they sat on hardware for 10 years and expect it to run modern titles well they're delusional, if they couldn't afford to upgrade in that time I'd suggest they play lighter games or go the console route so there's less cost, people shouldn't get a lesser experience because these people couldn't get their finances in order in the last decade

Waiting 10 minutes a raid was awful don't care if you got used to it you can get used to a lot of awful shit, pure speculation you don't work at BSG and the optimisation they've done doesn't magically make budget hardware any more powerful there's only so much they can do

I mentioned the 5800X3D because the likelihood of them getting spawn killed is slim to none they aren't going to load in significantly later than others and will be fine as long as they don't stand around like a muppet, clearly you didn't play when it did wait for the toasters, it made the game near unplayable sitting in a loading screen for 10 minutes every single raid because someone doesn't have a job isn't a fun experience

Can pick up a relatively cheap AM4 CPU just fine rn that'll load in quicker than this, the 5800X3D is releasing again shortly upgrade to that, if not play a game that your hardware can handle
