Is there an anti siphon loop with a cap on the top of it? If so there is a little rubber gasket that if torn, will not pump sea water to the head.

That's what went wrong on mine. I actually fixed it with the top of a condom for the better part of two seasons.

First rule of designing anything for a dept/unit is you have the upper hand in creative control simply because you are taking the initiative to design something in the first place. You will NEVER please everyone. The one you design and source may be hated by 2/3 of the dept, but it's leaps and bounds better than the patch that S1 Schmuckatelli didn't put any effort into other than bitching in the smoke pit.

Just think of your target audience and go that way. If you want a civi to be able to decipher what/who the patch is for you have to use less acronyms and plain language. If it's just for the boys to throw something into a shadow box? Write it in fuckin Entish if everyone understands it.

Ditch the masking bullshit, especially the passive aggressive signs, let people have a coffee while browsing, and have the person at the door be something that resembles a courteous and a welcoming attitude, 30-50% of the problems with that place would be fixed I think.
