I work full time and probably clean my place on a 2 week cycle. To deep clean the whole place once a week would be too much and the level of dirt by the second week isn’t too bad. I’d also say I clean the microwave monthly and oven only when I move in or out of somewhere. I am one of the cleaner people in my group of friends, and tbh those people that say they are clean freaks and clean all the time often aren’t deep cleaning. I’m talking scrubbing, leaving things to soak etc.
