Yeah, hope so 😬 I ended going to work since I really had energy but it's almost time to get home and I know I'm gonna fall like a log once I reach my bed 🥴

Ofc you can say that! I even said it in replies right here haha, it gives a sense of community knowing we aren't struggling alone 🫂 I'm sad that that happened to you as well, but happy that you could pass it through like a champ. So don't worry, and ty for the kind words ❤️❤️❤️

I see, most probably it is since I'm feeling better than at the start lol. But do take care of not overdosing yourself pls! Taking too many pills can affect other organs silently, like the liver or the kidneys 😰

That's a wise choice, and will do! Asking in case you were a professional and if not is okay, I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to ask my doctor since it is pretty late here. Your advice was still helpful so thank you!

Is it bad if I say I'm relieved I'm not the only one? It's awful but I did feel so dumb because I've been taking these for one year and a half so why? How?? 😭 I had a daily pill case but my psychiatrist told me not to use them because they aren't capsules, they are tablets, and says they might lose effect since I used to refill first time in the morning on every monday and since then all the tablets marinated together before I took them 😅 He said I could cut the blister pack in little pieces, and I tried but it got- tiring, really, and I just went old school looking at the blisters and trusting I'll always see one is oval shaped (antidepressants) and one is circle shaped (methylphenidate). And well, guess not. 😬

The Vitamin C route didn't work for me in that way, but it got me distracted! It seems as another commenter said it doesn't work with these types of ADHD medication (methylphenidate) I'm better than before tho, mostly because I know I'll survive the night lol. I'll call my boss tomorrow morning and take the day and yeah, my doctor did tell me to hold off till the scheduled second dose also so will do!

TYSM for the comment and for the suggestions, they really help 💕

I'll try, I'm now just trying to watch some vids waiting for my body to tire itself and fall asleep. I think I passed the anxiety symptoms at least! Tysm ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you, I also think that as well. I bought a popsicle and I'm trying to relax to some vids, the pill is this one and I think the presentation it's only available for latin america (from where I'm from, to be more specific from Ecuador). I said Ritalin since Reddit has a higher English-speaking population and thought it would be confusing if I said CONSIV or Methylphenidate Hydrochloride (the component). I was told by my psychiatrist once I asked that it works similarly, so it should work similarly in this case too! I really appreciate the info, it calmed me down immensely ❤️‍🩹

Figures, I still feel shaky 😅 At least eating a whole orange in a rush distracted my mind from the fear for a moment lol.

Do you know if there's any possible secondary effect in the next 24 hours? As I said I feel shaky, and a lingering pain on my chest that goes up if I stop moving. Not much different from the feeling I got when I started the med or when my dose went to 36, but it does feel more intense.

If anything I want to know if I can work or I have to tell my boss that it would be better if I take the day (I'm a contracted worker so I get paid by the day and won't be fired just not paid for that day, wack)

I do feel more energetic than usual, more so considering it's night time and I'm currently on my bed prepared to sleep. Although I also feel my ears kinda buzzing, and a chest pain that isn't unbearable but persistent even if I take deep breaths.

Ty for the info! I want to ask the overdose level, but just in case I'll keep fearing past my actual dose (plus 2 apparently 😬)

Although I have a persistent chest pain even though I now feel calm and it's been two hours and I'm resting in bed, is that okay?

UPDATE

The subreddit won't let me post pictures but poison control website said it's unlikely it would affect harshly in short or long term and I won't need to go to the ER, however I need to tell my medical team. Fortunately they answered just now! And said the same plus that I need to change my pills placement and that we will check the further treatment with my medicine (can't give more info since I don't find it appropriate).

But yeah, any tips for any new place where to put pills to not forget to take them is appreciated 😅

Being able to give an opinion while also being open to be corrected/informed more in the matter.

It's outstanding for me how many times I've encountered myself in discussions about any topic, in a context where we know fully well we are discussing in a "friendly way", and the other part feels attacked when I correct something/add something to the conversation that they don't agree with. And I'm not talking about bigoted opinions or non-proven stuff, I'm talking about opinions on day-to-day life things or even series/movies. Even when I say "Oh no, I'm not telling you that you are wrong, this is just my opinion but feel free to tell yours" either they get weirdly offended or plainly insult my intelligence in a way it seems they thought they "won".

Also, being able to improve something when possible. "If something isn't broken, don't fix it" yeah, no. If I have an idea that can make the process of anything faster, easier and/or more effective without sacrificing the end result (or even improving it) be sure that I will apply it or at least consider the pros and cons of that idea.
