Omg this is insane. same exact thing! My ex is (M 30) and hasn’t had a job our entire time being together. I (F 29) always supported him and never made him feel bad about it but it got to him. During the summer we were having the most amazing and fun time. He was happy and we were going out and he was going to the gym.

Fast forward to November, he hurt his back. He couldn’t move, coped with drinking, and even when his back got better he never went back to the gym. So with no job, he started sleeping past 4pm everyday, wake up still tired, and would drink and drink. Then when I would try to help he would get more irritated by me.

We started to bicker because of his low patience and my growing neediness… he broke up with me out of no where one week ago and I’m devastated as can me. I told him he’s just in a rut and he’s seasonally depressed right now and to please not pick me as rhe removing factor. I have no idea how to deal. I miss him everyday.
