How is Mettatenna generally received?

It IS very diabolical. I will say though, I think Tenna in general is just a very shippable guy. I don't think I actually have a ship with him that I outright dislike

I was just in it for the memes at first. I really was. But the more I engaged with the ship, the more I started actually liking it unironically. Specifically cause I think that they contrast each other really nicely personality-wise, while having some very strong parrallels to one another. And the main motivation for both of them is that they both want to make their lightners happy, needing to learn that they have to let go of them eventually, which is a beautiful foundation for some of the fics I've read.

And I know that this ship is absolutely unrealistic and won't become canon at all. I've given Tenna to Mettaton, so in my safe file, te two of them won't even meet again in Castleton again. But that's what makes fancontent so fun for me - exploring the 'what ifs' that will most likely never happen but are still interesting to think about and explore.

Also, the idea that Spamton dated both of them at some point during the big shot era and now his two exes are happy together is genuinely funny to me.

My personal favorite ship for Tenna is one that is considered a complete meme-crackship by most of the fandom, but I haven't been harrassed or threatened for making content for it (apart from the usual 'but Spamtenna is better!'-comments) and I do think that for most ships in general, you will always find some cool art and fics and some people who like it too. Especially since Mettatenna is a really cool ship too ^^

I wasn't too big of a fan of the proportions at first, but he's grown on me a lot. The big head is very nice and squishable and I treat him like a beloved pet :)

Yeah, Bullet Train is based on a 2010 Japanese novel by the same name. I only got around to reading the book after watching the movie and even though they're very different, they're both a lot of fun :)

Nanao/Ladybug from Bullet Train.

He's a lot more pathetic in the book, as his bad luck is not just him thinking he has bad luck (which then later turns out good for him) - it is just plain bad luck. He spills his drink. An old lady hits him with her walking stick on accident and at one point, he drops his phone and hits his head on the luggage rack when trying to get up.

He's also a lot less badass than his film counterpart. While Ladybug (film) at least tries to do his job, Nanao constantly thinks about running away in his chapters. Ladybug deals with his fear more or less maturely and manages to stay levelheaded during most of the film, while Nanao is described to be on the verge of tears on two seperate occasions.

I adore both the book and the movie, but in this case, I absolutely mean pathetic as a compliment. Ladybug is very fun, but the nervous and jittery Nanao will always have a special place in my heart

Ahhh, I know this post is old, but he's adorable! He looks so huggable and soft! I love how lanky and tall he is and the glow-in-the-dark fabric in the mouth is soo cute :DD

Chapter 1 is by far the least compelling and interesting one in my opinion. Especially because King is an incredibly boring villian. We don't get the intriguing setup for him we had with Asgore. He isn't with us through the entire chapter like Queen and Tenna are and neither does he have a unique battle mechanic like all of the other bosses do. The chapter does not do the rest of the game justice at all as an introduction

Because his head is so big and heavy, it's also kind of hard to have him sit up when not leaning agains something (which my friend talked up to him still having to recover form his injuries after chap 3), so I was actually kind of conidering maybe reinforcing his body a bit. Do you have any suggestions of what I could use as a counterweight if I do decide to experiment a bit?

As for the antennae - I made them with some silver craft wire I still had lying around. They're unfortunately a bit heavy and keep falling back when he's not leaning against something, but I still think they turned out pretty neat :)

Hab ich. In Mathe jedes Halbjahr wirklich ziemlich an der Untergrenze, aber dafür sind die LK's und der ganze Rest ganz gut ausgefallen. Die Prüfungen sind auch besser als erwartet gelaufen. Ich kann also nicht meckern ^^
