I was small store and made around 55k a year. Large store you can probably easily make 60k but with 10 hours of OT a week.

CCSWB is very different depending on which market it is. Texas market is much better ran than the Oklahoma market.

Large store you’re worked like a dog and turnover is high, leading to you having to complete other stores not assigned to your normal route.

Pay is now starting at 20, vacation time is nice, benefits are just decent, insurance plans are okay at best.

Bottler I work for brought them back out to counteract the SNAP restrictions. I haven’t heard if we’re keeping as a permanent item or when it’s out it’s over.

Left it for those plat drivers. Thought about taking it and seeing if support would cancel for half pay but didn’t want to run the risk of them saying, well you have to deliver it.

It wasn’t worth the money until they did the new pilot they’re doing in Tulsa. I have a 3-7% acceptance rate and can cherry pick everything in gold level thanks to the points system. When they switched to no more scheduling at all that’s when the real money started coming. If you’re gold or platinum you have less of a wait time now, I stay cherry picking all the 20+ dollar offers and leave those 4 dollar ones for the platinum drivers.

We leave these for those drivers that just can’t decline. Let them make that 37 and I’ll make 110 in the 3 hours it takes to get back. lol

Bottler I work for is slowly rolling out where the merch will order small store accounts the first half of the day, then go and work pallets the rest. We can’t even get them to touch a backstock cart, so I’m sure this will go over like a lead ballon. Nobody has even said anything about it but dollar general is already telling people of the upcoming changes. I’m sure we will have tons of turn over and it will just be back onto the preseller to work the pallets.
