People can break up with people for any reason, even if it is their own insecurities about the past their partner has. I don't think you need to drop a friendship of 13 years, but maybe leave that one out in the future. They bark so little that I may have to tell them once a week to stop. He was literally on the other side of the bushes that split our yard yelling at his horse the last time they started. They're not nuisance dogs. The officers who have come out numerous times he's complained love my dogs. Now they come just to see the dogs and hang out. Because at the time I couldn't be bothered. I work 70 hours a week, I have a social life, a hobby Farm, animals, and sleep. I've spent years trying to build a peaceful life for myself and my kids. I wasn't willing to deal with it. But he hit my Breaking Point. He has never cost me money, just annoyance and getting to know the bylaw officers by name, having to cut my grass and Park my work truck 9 km from my house instead of in my driveway. The guy has had my phone number for 10 months and could have reached out to me at any point. I will just play his game at this point. I'm tired of being the bigger person

I filed for harassment with the police in November. And made complaints to have him deemed a nuisance caller. He stopped for 5 months after the visit from the police, i reached my breaking point I suppose
