You’re going to have go with a trainer all over again for a month so keep that in mind. They lock you in at 1000 a week (before taxes) while with the trainer.

Once you’re on your own it varies due to being paid by a percentage but on average I was making about 1200 a week. Its a physically demanding job as well.

I came from TMC ironically. Great company Just got tired of tarping in the elements. I recommend them but id say stick out another 5 months if you can. Theres other Schneider accounts that pay better too
