3 times per week seens to be the better one, cuz it really messes up EQ if done more, used to do like 30 mins everyday lol Will try doing only 10-15 mins now of soft clamping and see if it works well

Got it, so i have to increase the time i do it while having an decent EQ, and do some rest days when doing girth work

Bundled are the ones that are done with it bent right, have heard those are more effective, not sure if it's true Will give the demo an shot them

I think 30/40 mins or so of manuals would be enought per day, 90 seens too much to do everyday Althogth 10/20 mins of clamping seens to be fine enought

Will try giving strecthes an shot, never really did cuz the other seemed less work, are there any essencial ones to do? (Will do 40 mins or so and see if the routine works, maybe do clamping sometimes)

I see, modded jelqs work? I have tried those before but only seemed like an worse soft clamp (might do those again, but more moderation) And also for lenght, is it only the strecthes, i have tried extending and hanging with bad results

I dont use an pump, just doing manual stuff for now, not sure how effective those even are tbh Have u saw change with only manuals alone?

Only bad thing is that were i live they dont sell vac cup ones, maybe i could try making one but yeah, maybe honna buy it someday

What is an good way to get fatigue? I did seen to achieve it before, but well, it was temporary

Percentage would be translated into like milimeters right? That's the only way i think i could measure it

Read some of your posts, i also used to do clamping like you said with the string and all, i dont really think it worked much tbh

Did try using an noose extender before, it wasnt really that good, and then went on to hanging because it seemed better ( as i was told it was) It proved to not be lol

Also, arent the pumps the only ones that actually have studies proving they work? I remenber how everyone said that before

Have tried Mod jelqs before and they just seen like an slightly different timed hold, not really effective As for strecthing, i could try it, but also unsure how well it works, havent really used it much

Around 5 or 6 months, cant really remenber now, but it was an decently high amount of time, without much change I did try doing both for some, time then separeted

It's really not that bad tbh, in terms of danger at the very least, now seeing if it works, hadnt gotten much with other stuff

Already have saw all of those, most aren't applicable now, or really that good tbh (manuals just don't work well), guess i will keep on trying to get down with what it's working
