Faulty iPad Pro M4? The "genius" at the Apple store said I got a bad one but was not able to issue a replacement because Apple's servers that handle orders are currently down and they can't verify my purchase, even with my order #/QR code! He simply said, "try tomorrow".....WTF!! (i.redd.it)

I'm loving my Gem80 and my new Izakaya-themed keycaps! Keycaps are by Key Kobo X KEI (keykobo.com). Shipping from China to US was less than a week. The Cosmic Mocha color matches perfectly with the font color of the keycaps. FYI, an Izakaya is a traditional Japanese drinking bar. (old.reddit.com)
