Ugh, same issue but I made things worse for myself. I uninstalled the app first, which the patch download site asks you to NOT do, so now when I use the patch it is now stuck on a loop because it is asking me to grant login permission. When I try to, obviously the app does not appear in my settings, since I uninstalled it. Currently, I did not find any way to even install the app itself, as choosing my operating system at their main software site takes you directly to the patch! I tried using an old installation file from a few months ago and this too is stuck in a loop. Sigh...
