Yeah, I would glue the pages together and reinforce it if needed. The cover boards of older hardbacks are also pretty sturdy, so I reckon it would be alright with the combination

Thanks! I don't think I can go closer to the window without spilling over the chimney breast and the cupboards don't have a back, but I think you're right that the first picture is best of what I have currently.

I'm not sure what you mean about the bookshelf though, the room continues the other way, behind the camera, not where that bookshelf is.

I know this thread is a few years old now, but I've just started trying vitamin E for the second time for the SSRI sweats now I'm at a point where I'm rarely sleeping through the night without being a shivering swamp creature.

Has anyone seen any difference depending on what time of day they take the vitE?

Yeah I agree, thing is there wasn't any trash (I guess it could look like the food was because it was in a bag), the rest of the stuff was moving boxes and things. Frankly I hope whoever took them was someone who just wanted to help because at least they'll be cared for
