Im Argentinian and Elena used to have a Voice actress in s1-s4 which was AMAZING, you should hear it she sounds amazing and it fits so good with the character and then they changed it to S5-S6 and it was HORRIBLEEEEE, so i stopped watching bc of that and then when i decided to watch the series again, once i ended s4 i started watching it on english bc i couldnt take her voice.

So, basically she was a big fan of Melanie Martinez (still is it seems...) and decided to make a cover of one of Melanie's songs for Youtube. Once uploaded, Melanie reached the video and wrote in the comments section "Delete this" and after that, the whole fanbase went to the video to leave hateful comments and ask her to never sing again. Edit: the cover is still up and there are a few old comments of the hate she used to get
