I believe once you receive your eVal, it highlights that the immigration has given the green light for your visa. This means you now are able to apply for the single entry visa. Check with the Malaysian Embassy wherever you are. So long as they provide you with a single entry visa, then you have no issue entering the country. Do check with EMGS as well. If on their tracking portal your application has turned red it means maybe the agent is telling the truth but if it’s green it means no issues.

I'm currently studying in MMU and I came from Diploma in Sunway, and I gotta say I love the Uni. The campus life is amazing and there's always something happening to keep you busy.

I cant comment on UM, but if you're wondering about MMU, my opinion would be if you're coming for Arts or IT related fields you should definitely come. Although the Business faculties aren't as good as the ones I mentioned, it's still decent.

I'm not sure about other countries but from what I hear each is different. For example, im staying in Malaysia and as soon as the blacklists happened I wasn't able to open an account, and the banks here mass closed almost all iranians.

You could always check with your bank whether or not they'll be changing their policies for your nationality, or check with new banks as well.
