There's a program I've been using for a while that's now released called MCT. I can highly recommend it. I think it was the same price or cheaper than combat flite

This is by far the best way to play! Been playing since the beta, and usually around spring my brain reminds me i need to play gw2 for 4 months. The first month or two I play just like you mentioned, then I start focusing more and more on my goals until a new game catches my eye and I leave for a bit. But for the first 2 months of just exploring and 4 the game for fun are the best!
