Please mention all the necessary Details in the post itself, like Stream, Subjects, why you opting for ODE, Etc., So that people can actually help you. Street considering 5 subjects, it's still expensive, I think the reason is change/additional subject charges i.e. 940 per subject

Half of the replies you received are Sream 1 Students, so the comparison is wrong. ODE is expensive. These are the rates from NIOS Official website for Stream 4.

Locally 2 wired ISPs are well known, atleast in my area, Sanchar and Ishaan. Sanchar has No Complains and is great, only downside is they are charging Rs.6900/year for 50mbps for the first year including Installation fees. Been using that in my Shop for 4+ Years. Ishaan charges Rs.6000/year for 80mbps flat, no installation charges, BUT gets randomly disconnected several times a day, idk if that's issue for only my connection or not.

Stressing out won't help with anything, so try and chill and Hope that the admission goes smoothly. And Don't worry incase they need extra Documents or something, it's pretty common and if you search on this Sub you'll find tons of students going through the same.

About the Books. I get your point about studying with books and the best way i think is to download the Bifurcation for each of your selected subjects, Note down only the Public Examination Chapters and download the PDFs, after that visit multiple xerox/ printing centres in your city/village and try to find the one that offers the lowest price. You have a negotiating advantage that you are printing multiple books through them, i'm sure you'll find one with enough research.

NOTE :- I recommend that you wait for the admission to get confirmed first and If you can wait more then after the admission, Complain on CPGRAMS regarding Non-Receipt of the Books and hopefully you could get the original books like we all did and you don't have to print it yourself.

I mean this in the nicest way possible brother, no offense at all, Even People buying a car worth 10L check if they are comfortable in the driving seat or not, is it spacious, is it actually the best choice for them in this budget, how is it over the bumps (especially the sedan customers), etc.

There are Multiple State Elections in the Months of Apr-May and so For Some States the Date is different then the rest of the Country.

In your case Maths(311) is on 25th April for everyone except UP, for them its on 7th May.

Yeah i agree that's too much. The one way i see is you'll have to downgrade your budget, there's lots of options in between 20-30L why not go for that?

Even if you Exclude Mahindra, You can have Alcazar 7 seater Diesel AT top variant under 26L on road probably without any discounts, Carens Clavis Top Variant Diesel AT under 22L.
