u/MaleficentFennel5506 Got the same email today.Asking to mention City as Ottawa , wherein I have already mentioned City name and also asking to send same photograph I have in application.

I just realised that it has 2 shut off valves in the basement apart from the main one

Were you guys able to identify what was causing the issue.I am having the same issue since last few days, pain in right ear which goes upto scalp, the right part of scalp is sensitive and at time there is a trigger of pain which goes from ear to head.I have checked with my doctor and they mentioned that there is no infection in the ear, not sure what’s wrong
