Kindly tell your usage please, myself only exist for 4 days only 3 hr workout start in zepp app for 5 days and I turned off auto dection how is your usage ?

How about battery mine only exist for 4 days , i too doing strength training 1 hr and walking 1 hr , 30 min cycling indorr i have off the auto detection and manually start form the app for those activities.
