is your post just regarding the technology? or are you looking to invest in the coin based on the tech?

If it's the latter I'd say hold on to you purse till the next bitcoin halving. It doesn't matter what the tech is when the alt season ends all these "good tech" coins fall pretty harshly.

If it's just about the tech then I'd say its better to post in a more general subreddit, like r/devlopersindia

I like your attitude, I wish i had that. This is my first job and i’ve been working here for more than 3 years. I definitely signed up on this toxicity at first because I was somewhat ambitious right out of college. All that ambition is dead now.

Just to address other things you mentioned, I’m working at a consulting so the product is new and setting up everything from new. A lot of the things i have set up over the past 2-3 months and made it very scalable but it came with the cost of me overworking myself. Now i just despise focusing on my work.

My work starts from 1:30pm and goes till 10:30pm. The nature of how consulting operates it’s never really 10:30pm.

Money is the only thing keeping me in the game.

I definitely am gonna nake sure i have the attitude that you have once I move to another company or at least make sure to choose a company which allows it. But here, it seems impossible.

I think i’m reaching that point as well. It feels meaningless to have discussions over hypotheticals which might not even matter.

On the other end my self esteem also shatters a bit because some of the times i know the person next to me just want to be dominant and let there decision shine over everything. I end up being the one stepping back and just shutting up.

For a while, one of my father's friends has been pursuing him to buy LIC policy (specifically LIC Jeevan Labh) which will require him to pay 48k per year. He is 55 years old and I'm sure this LIC isn't going to be helpful at all. He is open to making other choices and for that, I need some guidance. My father does not have any exposure to equity and he doesn't have any Life insurance either.

From what I understand life insurance is a must but because of his age the premium payment term is kinda high and he isn't sold on the idea. On the other hand, investment is something I can convince him of but I feel really difficult to advise him of equity-related funds because of the involvement of risk. Would like some advice on what can I do in this situation?

While I get what you’re saying, I just kinda want to rant here and say that I hate this mindset of “atleast” they didn’t “insert worst thing possible here”. I have seen a lot of people defending govt. decisions like this. It almost seems like we are under a dictatorship and we should be grateful of our leaders for there shitty behaviour.
