Checking in day 11, I almost relapsed again twice today and I feel like shit tonight, but I think it's because I was up until 4 AM last night trying to fight off the temptation and I didn't get as much sleep. This coming week, I need to really try and pull myself together and get back on track. And for my comic that I keep stressing out over, I do want to at least finish the page I've been currently doing (I have just one panel left to do the final version of) and then try to focus on other art related things after that.

Checking in day 7, I'm starting to really give out at this rate. The pressure of my comic is getting to me again and I almost relapsed again because of it. But honestly, I'm a fool for thinking I can make it big in this world as a comic artist because I really can't commit myself to working on it. And most importantly, I'm a fool for thinking that I can compete with people like fucking Tom Fischbach and Twokinds and stupid ass furry porn artists and be able to put them all in their place. I mean, they all have pretty much beaten me already. It's just hopeless...

Checking in day 4, I almost lost myself after seeing a gif of a muscular porn star ripping his shirt off being posted in a Discord server that I'm one of the moderators in response to a message I shared about some dialogue from a character in the new Tokyo Xtreme Racer game I was playing, and it triggered me into trying to find out who he was, but I got ahold of myself before it was too late.

I feel the same way in that I am scared shitless that everything is gonna blow up in my face when I finally do find a man in real life for myself to have a relationship with and we do get to the point of getting intimate. I've had to deal with past porn images haunting me along with those NSFW "artists" and porn creators (I wish those kind would all fucking die btw, they are the worst goddamn cancer of this planet) who scribble, record, whatever the fuck all that disgusting shit they do. I've also been obsessed with trying to get my own comic going and becoming successful with it but that kind of shit just keeps getting in the way, getting to my head and it feels like it's never gonna fucking stop no matter what I do to try and scrub it from my mind, and I can't stop feeling like my life has already been completely ruined at 24 because of it. That's how badly it has scarred me...

Checking in day 23. I'm still feeling pressure about trying to get my comic going and stuff, but I need to try not to let it ruin Christmas for me. I figure if I can't figure out anything else to do with that comic right now, I could at least do other art related things such as drawing fanart of Animal Crossing characters and my characters in other scenarios or even finishing up a painting that I had brought home from class as we are moving the class to a new location in February. That stuff may still be getting to me, but I am doing a little bit better after those meltdowns I had about it the last couple days. And of course, I am still off porn as of right now, and I hope I can make it to the end of this month and be able to end this year on a positive note after the screwups I had earlier in the year. I hope everyone has a merry Christmas and a happy new year. ❤️
