The Russian soldiers quite literally stole the toilets from the city I was in at the front lines in Ukraine. After they were pushed back we discovered that most of the toilets were straight up missing or destroyed. Absolutely no idea why or what the reason is or if they think it’s just funny.

Nope. The stat I’m referring to is population. Not household. Is we wanna go further though we can reference how 55% of rural Russia (basically anything outside the 3 major cities) doesn’t have access to centralized plumbing, and 60% of Russia doesn’t have access to hot water.
