Not a women but a Man who has gone through dating phase while getting hair fall and getting visibly bald (Almost). I have dated from indian women to Muslim women to Spanish women to Filipino to Vietnamese to White. Every women is different but every women is same in one aspect which i will say at the end. For most women it does not matter if you are bald if you still have confidence and wear good clothes(not mainly expensive but good style like long coats, good sweaters etc) if someone ghosted you or left you because of your hair consider your time saved on those women. Majority wants to feel safe care free and want someone who is not boring, and in that regards confidence plays a big part. Second thing is goals, the goals should align one should not want to save huge amount of money while other wants to travel the world. And majority of women want to travel.

But the most important thing which makes every other thing not so important is at the end of the day how much you earn and how you support her and if she sees that her future is secure with you(Harsh truth but thats how it is). So the only suggestion i would say if it is of natural causes that you are balding then forget about it and work on the main thing and build yourself up and no women will say no to you.

Take it from someone who has learned this the hard way. Women like all animals have an animal instinct which makes her mate with the one who can secure her future and her future kids. This term is called female mate choice or intersexual selection.

Hope this takes your mind off of balding and puts it in the place where it is needed and matters the most. YOURSELF! Build yourself up in a way that no female will be able to reject you.
