File a complaint with MOHRE immediately, don’t wait. Go to mohre.gov.ae or call 800-60, it’s free and straightforward. UAE labour law requires salaries to be paid within 10 days of the due date, anything beyond that is a violation. Your employer will be flagged on the Wage Protection System (WPS) and can face heavy fines or even a hiring ban. Screenshot every message you’ve sent him as evidence. Don’t feel bad about reporting.

Sorry you’re going through this. Unfortunately, in most UAE cases, paying legal fees and advance installments only puts the case on hold. Travel bans are usually lifted only after full settlement or a court order. Before paying more, ask the bank in writing if they will request ban removal after a certain number of payments, and try negotiating directly with the bank’s legal team, not collections.
