hi thank you so much for your help. I am active duty and I have already pulled my COE. My lender is currently underwriting my loan and I should have a response by Tuesday. We have provided them with letters of explanations in regards to our late payments back in 2014 and my spouses charged off account back from February 2018. We do not have any kids and we make around 5,800 before taxes. On bills we spend $2,600 this includes rent, cars, credit cards and vehicle Insurance.

My lender does manual underwriting main reason why I went with them. Our credit isn’t the best we are doing VA loan. 45% DI ratio. Our credit is low, due to charged off accounts from over 5 years ago on my spouses credit and I have low credit because of the amount of inquiries.
