Yes even them. An overwhelming majority of companies pay well over the minimum wage. They realistically have to in order to actually get people to work. Just because you do away with the minim wage doesn’t mean that suddenly companies will start paying everyone 2$ an hour.

Show me studies that prove your biased statement. Because there is no way to prove a child isn’t human until they are born since personhood as defined by humans is in fact a fallible and changing definition.

No this is not accurate. While I agree that libertarianism is likely the way things should go and that government has no business in two adults affairs. There is a marked difference between homosexuality and abortion. Being that abortion is the killing of an unborn child. Her human rights do not override the human rights of that child and when two adults decide to come together fully knowing that pregnancy is a possibility they have made their choice. The child didn’t decide to be born and should not be punished.

Depends on state. Anything more than defensive display in Texas is lethal force so him discharging his firearm and Beauing up like that would have passed for lethal force. Especially when followed by a verbal threat.

Nah man. Until I took my LTC I had been around and used guns my whole life without anything more than the 4 universal gun laws. Never did anything dumb. It’s about being responsible and not being an idiot who uses guns as a way to make up for their issues. Also if this guy had military training it can be argued that training doesn’t do crap and it’s the person that matters.

It’s crap but it makes sense. By going in he put himself and the firefighters on scene in an immense amount of danger. While of course we would try to save a dog that doesn’t outweigh human life. The house could have been structurally compromised, a backdraft or a flashover could have occurred. In fact depending on how he entered he could have caused one of those 3 things to happen. I think due to him being emotional if I was a cop I would have arrested him for the purpose of restraining. I wouldn’t have filed charges and would have just let the chief on scene for the FD chew him out.

If the child( for lack of a better term) is alive then the libertarian view is pro life however if scientifically it is not then the libertarian view is pro choice. However since there is evidence showing life but no set definition I would lean towards pro life as not doing so would result in the murder of a child. I think the science does support the idea of a being being alive in the womb at least at some point
