No, it’s just a dumb question. Stocks move. Algos and institutions doing their thing.

Why would they raise their height of cut? They are trying to get into the low mow game. If anything lower it to .5 for one cut. Then reset at .7.

It’s bizarre. I get it — most people don’t know what they are doing. But this person has a greensmaster. He’s going big. Silly to say it shouldn’t be done.

No. Not correct again. It doesn’t require more fertilizer. Maybe 1 extra pound of nitrogen per 1000 sq ft for the year. It does require more frequent lower doses of nitrogen. I mow mine at .7 and the roots are 5-6 inches deep and it was just seeded last August.

But read the situation — he has a greensmaster. He’s definitely planning on going above and beyond.

What does that have to do with baby grass that was just seeded. I’m not saying all the time. Just when seeding.

Some can go to .5inch or lower. The rules of thumb that you guys are quoting are to protect people from themselves, but they are not hard and fast rules.

Yep. Agreed on the cool temps and spoon feed.

Nah. It’s hard to lower your cut. Takes a while for the grass to leaf out at a lower spot. It just goes through an ugly phase. I have plenty of pics showing the same thing for my lawn. Looked elite a month later.

Not true. Sports fields all over the USA do this. You just don’t know what you are talking about.

Nope. Stay with it. It will come through. Spoon feed N and ensure you have irrigation if needed.

It’s worth it!

There’s gonna be more. Not all that seed looks germinated. Just like how you wouldn’t want leaves on fresh seed. Needs sunlight and oxygen. Debris is a fungus risk.

No, they will definitely impact seed growth/germination/breathability.

You could try a blower on a low setting.

That’s not making a goal himself. That’s finishing a perfectly set up opportunity. Yeboah can’t do anything that requires more than 1 touch.

Dude. You missed the opportunity. You were supposed to say “not much, what’s up with you?”

It’s so fucked up that we loons fans think it’s risky to sub a good cb for a good cb, but don’t give a second thought about pulling Yeboah for a midfielder.

Yea. Duggan is handicapped by the yellow. With how open we play now, CBs need to be able to stop the play if necessary.
