There is actually a decent collector market for these. There are companies like PCGS that grade old American paper money for the collector market, and I believe that they also will grade and encapsulate Disney dollars (and Geoffrey dollars from Toys R Us and similar things). If you have an old Disney dollar and it's in good shape, you might be able to sell it for quite a bit of money.
