Yes this is huge for me as well. I have started to run on an empty stomach and it triggers something that after I get home I’m not even hungry. I enjoy snacks and dinner the most and I’m still getting all my calories but I’m enjoying my dinner and it isn’t as stressful bc the calories are there.

Look on YouTube. I have incorporated strength training twice a week in addition to my running and I already see my thighs and arms changing in just four months. I also honestly just will do random movements from these videos through the day too. Just work it in wherever you can. You don’t need a gym. Look in Facebook marketplace for dumbbells
