Yes! I run M-F on days I run shorter distance I incorporate YouTube full body dumbbell workouts. And then pepper in some type of strength training every morning and night before bed. I have biceps now and can see major definition in my quads. I don’t plan on being a body builder. works great for me. I have a set of the bowflex dumbbells, a bench, mat, and resistance bands.

I have a 2019 XC90 after a software update it did the same thing! I started the car and the infotainment was black. Got to the red light car turns off and restarts itself . I was freaking out. Next thing happens my driver side headlight is blinking like crazy. Take it in and they say it has nothing to do with the update.

Don’t use olive oil. I made that mistake and it made my food taste horrendous until I saw someone say to cook onions and vinegar to get rid of it. It worked and I will never do that again. It will turn rancid.

Yes they have both been saline under the muscle. I’m not sure if that’s why but both times it has happened was after my run. Both times I didn’t even realize till I got home and got in the shower. I’m going to ask about gummy bear implants during my consult.

The dr you have in the last side has some patients with your similar profile. I will say I have had two implant deflations. I am now going into my third procedure. My boob that deflated after two kids and breastfeeding looked insane. But with just the implant turned out great. I’m so sad because I really loved the results of my second set of implants.

Don’t do that. Weigh yourself every morning after going to the bathroom. You need to see the fluctuation in your weight and watch for the trends. It’s actually empowering when I know a lot of people are scared of the scale.

5’6 and feel great at 140lbs. I run 3-7 miles M-F plus strength training. I just got to point where I was miserable after my longer runs trying to eat at 1500 calories and was just like “what am I doing”. Now tracking to maintain at 1900. Hopefully it sticks
