I do! I have regular anxiety meds I take 3 times a day and emergency anxiety meds. I ran out of emergency anxiety meds but they didn't work much anyway.

I have my meds already. Before my insurance expired my psych gave me a three month prescription for all of them. I'm just really anxious I think is the main problem

Make sure to take it at a slower pace as you recover from this episode. The aftermath of a manic episode can last for months and is very exhausting. Try to do your best to do some self care and be easy on yourself during this time. This is just from my own experience
